Please do not use an unencrypted website form, email, or text message to send medical records, Social Security numbers, payment-card details, or other highly sensitive information unless a Riteway representative has directed you to an approved secure method.

When you separately and affirmatively opt in to service messages, Riteway may send text messages related to your inquiry, requested quote, appointment, application, enrollment, renewal, or customer support. If you separately opt in to promotional and marketing messages, Riteway may also send recurring coverage reminders, plan information, and offers. Each consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing insurance, enrolling in coverage, or receiving service.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, text-message opt-in information, or SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
